2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
4 ounces of cream cheese, chilled and cut into small pieces
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Jakeman's Maple Syrup
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup Jakeman's Maple Syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the chilled butter and cream cheese and mix with a pastry blender or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
