How can I return a product?
You can return your product 30 days from your purchase. Important! In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We take care of each order to be delivered in the best conditions. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
