Easter Recipes with Pure Maple Syrup

Easter is approaching and traditional recipes are becoming more wanted. If you want to surprise your loved ones with special recipes this Easter, we have you covered! Our secret is that we add maple syrup to our recipes to offer an authentic taste!
1. Roasted duck with maple syrup

-2 teaspoons salt
-2 teaspoons paprika
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-½ cup melted butter
-4 tbsp maple syrup
-Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
-Prepare the duck, this step is the most complicated. Cut the duck breast and add ingredients: salt, pepper, chilly (if you want)
-Roast the duck in a preheated oven for 1 hour. We recommend melting the butter and adding it gradually. Add 1/4 spoon of melted butter after 15 minutes of baking. In the last 30 minutes add the rest of the butter. The same with the maple syrup
2. Maple Syrup Pie
If we have given you a recipe for the main course, it is important to enjoy a special dessert! Our favorite recipe is pure maple syrup pie!
-1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
-6 Tbsp. butter
-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
-1 Tbsp. unbleached white flour
-1/4 tsp. salt
- Pie crust (you can buy it or prepare it by yourself)
-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
-In a bowl start mixing the flour and cornstarch. Add the maple syrup and mix well. It is important that all the ingredients are completely dissolved. Add the eggs, butter, and whipping cream.
-The final cream should be added to the pie crust.
-Bake for 45 minutes.
