Your maple cream cookies are top-notch! Thank you for making such a great product. Unfortunately 7 of the 12 boxes I ordered came dented. I am working with one of your employees on correcting this problem.

Excellent cookies and Excellent service

My wife and I first discovered Jakeman's Maple Cream Cookies at the gift shop at the Yukon Suspension Bridge. My wife bought a box and as soon as she tasted the first cookie she said that she wished she had bought two boxes. As we continued our trip we found more Maple Cream Cookies and they were good , but not Jakeman's good. So once we returned home to Omaha, Nebraska. I searched the internet to see where I could buy Jakeman's Maple Cream Cookies on-line and found Jakeman's website. I ordered 8 boxes about 11:30 Thursday night and received an email Friday morning from Jakeman's thanking me for my order. I received my order on Tuesday. I didn't expect to receive my order so quickly. Everything was received in very good condition. Everyone whom we shared the cookies with fell in love with them. I'm 58 yeard old and never had Maple Cream cookies before but I definitely fell in love with them. Everything was perfect and I will definitely be ordering Jakeman's Maple Cream Cookies again and we will be trying some other Jakeman's Products. It's fun bringing such a tasteful bit of Canada to the United States.
